Came here (after good night's sleep :) to thank you - updated interpreters with new Ubuntu base PHP version 7.2.24-0ubuntu0.18.04.10 solved it for now.

Just saw entry in PHP interpreters changelog: "Added extension 'Redis' to all available PHP interpreters"
Congratulations!

Does it mean that Redis service is already installed by KeyHelp, or this is concern of selected Linux distribution?

18.04.1 and 18.04.3 are the same distribution, this indicates only a newer patchlevel. A full dist-upgrade would be switching to 18.10, which does not happen (only when you manually modify sources.list) In the end I cautiously executed sudo apt-get --with-new-pkgs upgrade (explanation: https://asku...

you would need a manual generated SAN certificate to cover mail.domain.tld here. Let's Encrypt certificate for maildaemon is for the servers hostname. So no autorenewing after certificate expiry? That's not ideal. How about creating mail.domain.tld as subdomain, would that make it's LE certificate ...
