I think it would be great if inside the file manager app there would be an option to extract/compress zip folders.
Loading files via ftp is such a long process..

I think I found the issue,
inside install_keyhelp.sh sometimes you refer to ioncube_loader and sometimes to ioncube_loaders
just fix it
