Re: The server control panel is currently being updated. Please try again later. [SOLVED]

Thanks Alexander, appreciate the help, but no need. I cleared the lock and ran the update again but it gave me a long list of errors. I'll just wipe everything and re-install, that should do it.

Re: The server control panel is currently being updated. Please try again later. [SOLVED]

Thanks Alexander, but nearly 10 days later and it is still the same. I've tried all the commands, none work. Another weird thing is the keyhelp.backup directory was 50G and as far as I'm aware I have no backups enabled. I had to clear that directory before Debian could update due to disk errors. So ...

Incorrect Timezone on Dashboard [SOLVED]

Hi Alex,

I have set the timezone to Europe/London in the Keyhelp config and if I check the server using 'date' it is the correct UK timezone, but on the Keyhelp dashboard it says:

XX:XX:XX - July 24, 2022 (America/Los_Angeles)

The time is always correct, but the timezone wrong. Bug maybe?

Please Enter a Valid Username

There's a possible bug with the installation. When you select 2 to change the administrator account username, no matter what you enter it says 'Please enter a valid username'. This was never a problem before, so maybe broke in the latest version?

I'm running Debian 11.

Keyhelp FollowSymLinks Update and 500 Internal Server Errors

This morning I woke up to find that all my websites were offline and showing 500 Internal Server Errors because of the recent Keyhelp update for the '.htaccess' files and the 'FollowSymLinks' update. I had an inbox full of monitoring servers reporting sites offline, not to mention emails from users ...

SSL Expired But Logs Say Renewed [SOLVED]

Hi Guys, So, for the last few days my monitoring service has been telling me that a domains SSL cert will expire on 6th Dec and indeed it has now expired. However, when I view the logs KeyHelp seems to think it is up to date: [03-Dec-2021 00:00:01] INFO --> certificate is valid until 2022-02-25 23:0...

Re: DNS Offline [SOLVED]

Thanks Tobi. I had already rebooted the server. I just tried again, still the same.

I guess I can try reinstalling everything again. Just wondered if anyone knew anything easier I could try first.
