I Can't Connect via FTP

Hello, I can not connect via FTP to my server.

I can login to keyHelp Panel .... but not via FTP
I try with FileZilla FTP and WinSCP.

I use same keyadmin user name and password, but keep getting "Critical error: Could not connect to server"

I try connecting secure and nonsecure ways with same results.

Hello,

keyadmin user is ONLY for KeyHelp login. This user is only for KeyHelp administration purposes.

You must create regular user for FTP. Regular users can also have domains assigned and create e-mail accounts and databases.

Hello,

You cannot connect via FTP using the "keyadmin" account, because the "keyadmin" is a virtual user only and just an admin account for KeyHelp-User-Interface. This is the case for all admin accounts you can create via KeyHelp.

You can connect using the KeyHelp user account login credential, as they are real system users, or using the additional FTP users, you can create within the user area of KeyHelp.
