My panel does not allow access due to a version mismatch error.

Post by kurgans »

Good afternoon everyone

Sorry for my English..., I only speak Spanish, this morning my vps has shown this error in the keyhelp panel entry.

I have been looking at the logs and some topics in the forum, but I have not been able to find what has caused this situation and how to reverse it.

Any of you can tell me what could have caused it and how to restore access to the panel.

Thanks

Hello,

possibly the KeyHelp update to the new version 21.2 could only be partially completed on your server.

It is very likely, that the issue will be solved during the next run of the "panel-update" job. This job runs every night (default panel update settings).
If you do not want to wait until tomorrow morning, or the problem persists, please send the following log files:

Code: Select all

/var/log/keyhelp/cron/panel-update.log
/var/log/keyhelp/php-error.log

Alternatively, you can call the update job yourself:

Code: Select all

php /home/keyhelp/www/keyhelp/cronjob/mastercronjob.php --force-panel-update
Mit freundlichen Grüßen / Best regards

Thanks Alexander, I looked at the log today thinking that the upgrade had failed but I could see that there was no error.

I have forced the upgrade again as you indicated.

The message in the log is that it is updated correctly, but I can't access the panel, the same message keeps coming up.

I don't really know if I have to wait for any other task that could intervene in this process, as it is always done automatically.

Thanks for your help...
always good and correct

This is strange, the real update was not performed on your server, it just replaced the files.
I have never seen this before. Would it be okay to let me investigate the issue on your server? In this case, just send me some SSH login credentials via private message.

You have included some logs in the meantime. It seams your database is not working correctly anymore. Have you made any changes to the configuration?

No... a couple of days ago... I deleted a domain to create him as a user and yesterday I put his mail externally ..., adding some lines to the dns.

But in the panel configuration has not changed anything ...

P.s.: I have sent him a private message, I do not know if I have done it correctly so that it arrives to his mailbox.

Thanks
