Greetings All,

First I would like to extend my full appreciation, admiration and gratitude to the developers of KeyHelp.

I've been looking for a long time for a free control panel that is easy, solid and works perfectly out of the box and couldn't find until last month when I found out about this one.

Great work and I see great potential for this Panel in the future.

Now back to the subject.

I think the reseller function would take this panel to the next level, I don't think this function will be a challenge as the admin/user interface bases are provided.

So is there any plan for future update to include/add this feature in the FREE or Pro versions of KH ?

Also I've noticed that the panel is missing some key languages like Arabic.
I'm welling to help with translation as so if you are welling to add it.

I will not be opening a new thread for this request... but as I was doing some testing I needed to access the server roots files but I was not able to do so as there is no file manager in the admin panel. Actually I had to install webmin along with KH to be able to access the server root files/directories and complete my work.

A file manager in the administrator panel would be an important and much needed addition in future releases!
I find myself missing this feature often with KH.

Simply use SFTP or SCP. Or login via SSH and use the great Midnight Commander for file operations

A Filemanager on user level is already available in Keyhelp. Simply activate it. Configuration -> File-Manager and User Administration -> Pencil symbol -> ressources and permissions

Sorry for not clearly explaining.

I meant a file manager access from the Admin level.. where the admin can see all files and directories under each and every user.

A bit of Off topic:
we try to keep the panel itself as secure as possible. With a direct possiblity for creating/editing/deleting/.. content of all userspaces through panel-administrators we would need a partial change of its general permissions, that would not longer provide our own requirements of a secure structure.

Furthermore we have already experienced, that users of different panels (which provide this functionaltiy) 'accidentally' changed the customerspaces and ended up in trouble. Even if it's just about 'to forget' to set correct permissions of some file (users have even problems with that using ftpx).

My opinion: Users/Administrators sometimes stop srsly. using their 'mind' when doing something pretty easy and comfortable through any kind of GUI. Esp. if there is slowly up-comming kind of routine and maybe some distraction. And exact this functionality is a great 'root' causing problems.

At the end, if really needed the way to go with: scp(eg. WinSCP) or the easy to handle Midnight Commander.

the file manager works by performing all operations as the client itself at file level.
In order to keep security at maximum, it is currently not planed to have a file manager working with root privileges in KeyHelp.

You may want to add an other administrative user in the operating system to perform such tasks.

Why not just use: PermitRootLogin prohibit-password

After you verbally attacked the developers and the forum team (and didn't even apologize for it), do you really expect to still get objective reactions to your posts?

Quite unprofessional.

I have not verbally attacked anyone, and I am entitled to support for this product. Which I have not received to this day, all scripts or instructions still do not work, have not been changed and have not been corrected.
If I should apologize, I expect compensation for the fact that I have moved 50 accounts by hand, because as written above scripts do not work.

So let's get back to the topic.
