Database - Ability to set name and username

Currently when you create a database Database name and the related Username are set automatically, i don't like this, I think it is very restrictive.

Can you make it so I can set these details as required going forward?

Notes

I appreciate the prefix of myusername_ will be required on both the database name and username.
I use the database name to keep things easy to manage. I know their is a description filed but if I move the database somewhere else, it will not have this field.
