KeyHelp is a server control panel, as such it is meant to run 24/7.
Are there users who regularly shut down the server? - Maybe, but that is an absolute minority. And as such, I don't see the point in cluttering the UI with unnecessary features, buttons and such that are not relevant to the target audience.
Thanks for the feedback, but I'm not going to implement this.

Hobbists might turn their computer off after messing with it, not all installations are 24/7 uptime installs in data centres.
They usually don't do that on bare metal.
If they are able to setup a VM, they might also be able to shut it down.
