It is possible a very basic Ticket Support System; And also a DNS Template with Edit/Add feature to give ability on Administrator to apply custom DNS records to all new domains;

As a ticket system I can recommend you OSTicket.
It works in the userspace and doesn't need any special system privileges.

A ticket system is not planned. But there should be plenty of free software for this purpose throughout the internet, like the one Tobi posted.
The possibility to modify the DNS template and applying changes to all domains is planned, however I have no ETA yet.
