If I understand you correctly you wanted to set a password for a backup, but the backup created could be extracted without password - is this correct?

1) Are you sure it is without a password? You can view the content without password, but for extraction you will need the password. Have you tried to extract files - This is normally the point, where you would get asked for a password.

2) Please provide the steps to reproduce this issue, because I am unable to reproduce it on my systems.
