Installations-Fehler [GELÖST]

Hallo Libe Community ich habe folgenden Fehler erhalten, habe die firewall getestet und leider funktioniert sie wirlich komplett nicht. Leider würde ich sie gerne nutzen. Vielen Dank im Vorraus
