Hallo liebe Keyhelp-Community,

vorweg muss ich erwähnen, dass ich mich seit ca. 1-2 Monaten nicht mehr im Keyhelp-Panel angemeldet habe.

Jedenfalls wollte ich mich auf der Web-GUI anmelden. Hier erscheint jedoch der Hinweis: "Versionskonflikt - Bitte kontaktieren Sie ihren Administrator".

Ich habe das Forum nach besagter Fehlermeldung durchstöbert und bin dabei auf den Thread gestoßen viewtopic.php?t=7972, leider komme ich hier nicht weiter.

mit "cat /var/log/keyhelp/cronjob/panelupdate.log" erhalte ich keine aktuellen Meldungen

Wenn ich, ohne dass ich die constant.php austausche, den folgenden Befehl

ausführe, sagt die Shell mir:

Wenn ich die constant.php aus der "https://install.keyhelp.de/files/releas ... p71.tar.gz" austausche (ich habe mit dem nano-Editor den Inhalt ausgetauscht und die Besitzrechte überprüft, dann sagt die Shell:

Vermutlich ist meine Vorgehensweise falsch.

Dann sah ich noch den Thread viewtopic.php?t=10304
Jedoch befinden sich im Verzeichnis "/home/keyhelp/.lock/" keine ".lock"-Dateien.

PHP-Version, die auch durch das Installationsskript abgefragt wird, ist die 7.4.

Was kann ich unternehmen? Um Hilfe bin ich sehr dankbar

Hallo,

der Befehl heißt mittlerweile:

php /home/keyhelp/www/keyhelp/cronjob/mastercronjob.php --force-panel-update

Bzw. kann man auch einfach "keyhelp-toolbox" eingeben und über ein CLI-Menü zum entsprechenden Punkt navigieren.

Tausch aber zunächst erstmal die constants.php wieder zurück.


Spätestens wenn alle Updates durchgelaufen sind, sollte am Ende alles wieder funktionieren.
Du musst den Befehl auch ggf. mehrfach ausführen, weil immer nur auf die nächstfolgende Versionsstufe aktualisiert wird. Wenn du dann bei Version 21.2 bist, bist du auf der neusten Version.

vielen Dank für den Hinweis mit dem veränderten Befehl für das Panel-Update sowie den Fingerzeig, dass man das Update mehrmals fahren muss.
Jetzt funktioniert wieder alles.
