Just to know. If I get any website hacked, all other websites or server will be with problem too?
Are each website isoladed from each other?
Also, are the linux updates automatic?
I'm asking some questions because I'm planing to use KeyHelp in production for me and for clients.
Thanks and cheers.

Hello,

each PHP process is running under it's keyhelp user. So by default it can only access files within this user.

Hi,

There is a cronjob running, which takes care of those updates - performing apt-get update && apt-get upgrade on a regular basis.

Thanks.

Why I'm not seeing any Email Accounts menu? Do I have to make anything before then I can create email accounts?
Isn't showing any option to create email accounts.
I've installed just for testing now, and will use in the future.

Cheers

The menu item "Email" will appear, when you assign the appropriate resources to the user.

Go to the user management -> click on the pen icon of the desired user -> go to the tab "resources & permissions" -> assign an appropriate number of email addresses and email accounts to him -> save the form.

The user should have a domain, suitable for assigning email addresses assigned to him.

If I have 10 websites in the same user account. Then if one website gets hacked, other also could be?
The isolation if per just per user? Or also per domain/website? (I'm new to the panel).
So the ideal would be to create new user for each new website instead of creating all websites in the same user, right?
Thanks.

You are on the right way. Per user account.

Would be great if the isolation could be per user and also per each application. Then less problems with hacks or security I guess. Maybe a feature request.
Best Regards.
