MyBB .htaccess Not working [SOLVED]

Dear KeyHelpians,
I cannot activate MyBB friendly URLs in KeyHelp by using .htaccess
Error 500 happens.

Just for convenience:

Instead of using "FollowSymlinks" in the .htaccess use "SymLinksIfOwnerMatch".
