Bei Internal Server Error für Kundendomain sind die Error Logs hier:

/home/users/<BENUTZERNAME>/logs/<DOMAINNAME>/error.log

Für die KeyHelp Domain hier:

/var/log/apache2/keyhelp/error.log

Bzw. kann bei letzteren auch gleich in /var/log/keyhelp/php-error.log geschaut werden

Sind alle erforderlichen Module im Apache aktiviert? Siehe viewtopic.php?p=44423#p44423 Insbesondere mod_proxy? Darauf deutet jedenfalls die Meldung hin, dass das fehlt.

Bitte lies auch mal was wir dir schreiben:

Es fehlen bei dir noch Apache Module, vor allem fcgid cgid usw.

Ohne das läuft das PHP-FPM nicht.

Für fcgid muss dieses Paket installiert sein:

dpkg --list | grep libapache
ii libapache2-mod-fcgid 1:2.3.9-4 amd64 FastCGI interface module for Apache 2

besten Dank für diese ganzen Hinweise,

Gestern lief dann auch alles super, heute morgen bekam ich gerade die Meldung die Adressen sind wieder nicht erreichbar. Wollte mich nochmals auf die Keyhelp-Toolbox auf der Konsole schalten und erhalten nun folgende Fehler, obwohl über die Nacht nichts geändert wurde.

Das Ursprungsproblem ist zwar wie gesagt kein KeyHelp Problem, aber ich kann mal wieder nicht anders ...

Schick mir mal die SSH Zugangsdaten per PM zum System, ich schaue es mir mal an.

So, das System läuft wieder:

Nachdem ich alle Fremdquellen in der sources.list.d/ entfernt habe und wieder PHP 8 gepurged habe, war anschließend PHP7.4 generell noch in einem wackeligen Zustand (unerfüllte abhängigkeiten etc) Habe dann alles PHP bezogene gepurged und anschließend PHP + PHP-FPM wieder installiert.

Anschließend noch die Konfigurationen über die Toolbox neu geschrieben und nun scheint augenscheinlich alles wieder zu laufen.
