KeyHelp does not have native NAT support so if you are running your webserver behind a NAT you have to manaully alter files which can be overridden after an update.
A lot of people want to run their own webservers from home, and here in the UK everyone is behind a NAT and only has IPv4.
I had a discussion about this feature to make sure I was not missing a setting
Cannot use KeyHelp behind a NAT

One of my solutions was the ability to add a custom IP option to: Settings --> Configuration --> IP Addresses - This could be then used to build all configs as normal and this IP would not be present on the NIC.
NAT support in KeyHelp
Re: NAT support in KeyHelp
Honestly: I don't see the need.
Apart from the fact, that running a Webserver from home behind a (IPv4)NAT makes no sense at all...
You can simply tunnel your traffic around the NAT using a VPS and Wireguard with a public ip.
Regarding IPv6 ... well, use a Tunnelbroker or so.
