This part only shows up if you have logged in with an account which has sudo privileges.
If you would log in with a real regular user (without the sudo privileges) the notes for the login information file and the KeyHelp tools are hidden.

Ah, I was not aware of that.
In fact, sometimes I added that user to the soduers as I was configuring an act-runner.
