Rspam error message clamav: failed to scan, maximum retransmits exceed [SOLVED]

Good morning to all

Sorry for my bad english, I only speak spanish.

After an upgrade for some reason rspam has communication problems with clamav in debian 12, getting the message that opens the subject

I have tried several configs extracted from around in the rs pam forums that have had the same problem and none have been able to solve the problem.

Now from the forum thread on force.actions I have it with the rewrite blank... this prevents the mail from arriving as UNCHECK, but does not solve the communication problem.

.. Have any of you been able to solve the problem without changing the force.actions?

Are you getting an error message? What is the result of the "communication problems"?
The term "communication problems" is a bit vague to decide what exactly is not working.

The default configuration made by KeyHelp on Debian 12 works fine, otherwise there would be more bug reports on this topic (I am not aware of any except your case).

What did you change in your clamav and rspamd configuration?

Thank you for your prompt response and interest

I have seen that the socket for some reason got stuck on port 3310 that we use to communicate with rspam and had no communication with telnet localhost 3310.

I fixed the port issue and put back the ***UNCHECKED*** tag, restarted clamav and rspam and now it works correctly.
