Not able to access
Not able to access
After the initial reboot of the server I went to the sub-domain (keyserver.xzx.xz) created during the install
No server access was allowed:
"Failed to open page" -Safari
"Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site." -Firefox
"This site can’t be reached" -Chrome
Then I only attempted access at the domain (xzx.xz) as of yet there is no website being hosted:
"Failed to open page" -Safari
"webserver is functioning normally." -Firefox
"webserver is functioning normally" -Chrome
An attempt was made to access the installation by IP address alone and was greeting with the log in screen
I entered and installed by own SSL certificate
Then another attempt was made, both the domain and sub-domain gave me the same results as above
Each instance of my attempts using the domain IP address alone was meet with the same results as above
I ought to note that my domain has been associated with the IP address of my server using other "panel" products without any issues
Additionally, after each successful instance of installing my SSL cert and reaching the installation by IP address each web browser through up that nasty 'this site is unsafe' message.
I believed that perhaps an error in my installation so I scraped my server and rebuilt
Same results.
I would really like to use KeyHelp, the install was quick and easy even the SSL cert process was swift and easy.
If anyone would care to assist me with access at the KeyHelp server sub domain as well as the SSL cert not being recognized I would be grateful. Also, if additional details or information are needed please advise.
Re: Not able to access

I will make another attempt at an install if it is needed, please advise, thank you
Re: Not able to access
1) The file manager is only available in the client areaSomething quite curious, 'file manager' is not available on the left hand side menu
2) The client needs to have the permission "File manager" enabled
3) The checkbox "Configuration -> File manager -> File manager is enabled" needs to be enabled
