Backup and restore issue

First of all, I wish the keyhelp team success. I have a problem. As a hosting company, I will inevitably have customers who want to change hosting providers. When a customer downloads their backup, they cannot access it in any way. Also, I want to keep backups on my own local disk. When a customer requests a restore, I want to load that week's backup for them. I plan to keep 9-10 backups on my disk. I couldn't open them either. Are they encrypted? Or is there a way to open them? I await your suggestions regarding this and wish you good work.

like it is stated in the KeyHelp UI the backup system is based on a software called restic. You can find more information how it works (yes, it is encrypted for example) on the official restic page: https://restic.net/

Thank you very much for your reply. Yes, I even found the exe file. I really appreciate it. If Nginx and the reseller section were also added, this panel would be even better. My clients are amazed by this panel.
