Does keyhelp count ftp bandwidth as a part of total user bandwidth?


For example, if a user has 10GB monthly bandwidth quota and downloads a 1GB file thru ftp, Does the users bandwidth reduced to 9GB or remains at 10GB?

Hello,

yes, FTP traffic is counted and therefor part of overall traffic limitation of a user (if set).

You can see the FTP traffic here: KeyHelp Admin Area -> "Traffic Statistic"
