Hello,
I think it would be great if inside the file manager app there would be an option to extract/compress zip folders.
Loading files via ftp is such a long process..

Hello,

you can already extract zip and other archive types. Just simply click on the file name of an archive, or click on "Options" -> "Extract archive".
You can also download folders, which will get zip-ed / tar-ed for downloading: "Options" -> "Download as .zip / Download as .tar.gz
