I set up keyhelp in the firewall. After installation, keyhelp uses the IP of 192.168.XX.XX, and the DNS setting is also the IP of 192.168.XX.XX, and the IP Address cannot be added. What should I do?

My system is under firewall.So it's get ip is 192.168.xx.xx. If I install keyhelp.The keyhelp will get ip is 192.168.xx.xx and DNS settings will use 192.168.xx.xx.
Could keyhelp will get internet IP with curl command and use Internet IP to setup DNS A recode?
