Hi Guys,

I've installed KeyHelp on another server. The installation went fine, but on the dashboard it says "DNS Port 53 Offline". Bind is running ok.

Is this an issue with Keyhelp or something else? Any commands I can run to debug why it's not working?

If there were no errors during installation, try a reboot first.

Thanks Tobi. I had already rebooted the server. I just tried again, still the same.

I guess I can try reinstalling everything again. Just wondered if anyone knew anything easier I could try first.

Does your provider block the port?

Ok, I just restarted the named service and it works fine now. I'm sure I did that already.
