Hello, I have 2 dedis with Plesk Obsidian and their Slave DNS manager is amazing.
It would be nice if you could make this for KeyHelp.

This extension connects Plesk (NS1) with a VPS that has just Bind9 on it, and it transfers zones (auto + manual).
Point of story, it's much user friendly for new Keyhelp (self-hosted) users.

You could try my bind API, it's not integrated into KeyHelp, but works with it.
