Hello!

I have a keyhelp server with a domain example.com
I have a contact form on example.com which is trying to send submissons to somebody@example.com
It seems my form searching for the email account on the local server...
How to force Keyhelp to know this email account is working on a remote server?

Hallo,

if you use an external mailserver for a domain you must disable the mail services for this domain in Keyhelp.

In the admin session click on the pencil symbol behind the domain and uncheck the option E-mail domain

Also check „Disable DNS for this Domain“

Not if the server is the authorative DNS for this domain!!!
