I'm trying to setup the Backup Remote Configuration (new backup management) and receiving the following error:
Failed to connect to repository storage.

ERROR : Attempt 1/1 failed with 1 errors and: failed to touch (create): Put mkParentDir failed: mkdir "/volume1" failed: permission denied
Failed to touch: failed to touch (create): Put mkParentDir failed: mkdir "/volume1" failed: permission denied
I'm using SFTP and the destination server is a SYNOLOGY server.

The directory I'm trying to backup to on the destination server is /volume1/Servers-Backup/myserver.com

The thing is, this user don't have access to /volume1, only to /volume1/Servers-Backup.

It seems that keyhelp is trying to create a directory on /volume1?

Hello,

Please show the file/folder permissions on the destination server, also the path you have entered in the backup path input field in KeyHelp.
Also which home directory does the user have and is he using a chrooted SSH environment on the destination server.
