Getting This Error Code From Outlook

Hello friends, I have been having a serious issue on Outlook. I am getting this error code from Outlook 0x8004210a. I have no idea what could be the issue. But after searching online I came across
this useful guide and followed some methods from there. But nothing has helped. Could someone please help me to solve it? Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.

From the website: "Sometimes you may receive the 0x8004210a error due to corruption in the Email client application of Outlook."
It has nothing to do with KeyKelp.
Ask the producer of that high quality piece software from Redmond.
