Can't receive, but send Emails

Hi KeyHelp Community,
I recently installed the KeyHelp Panel and set it up.
I tested several Lookups at https://mxtoolbox.com
The DMARC Lookup shows this warning: "External Domains in your DMARC are not giving permission for your reports to be sent to them."
And the Supertool prints out this warning: "Reverse DNS is not a valid Hostname".
The Email-Health tool prints out this warnings:
- "Reverse DNS does not match SMTP Banner"
- "Warning - Does not support TLS."
- "May be an open relay."
- "SOA Serial Number Format is Invalid"
- "SOA Expire Value out of recommended range"
My Setup is like this:
I've got one Domain, that I use for the KeyHelp Panel, set up with Wildcard and Root, both as A-Record.
My second Domain has a PTR Record pointing to the first Domain, one TXT-Domainkey, one DMARC- and one MX-Record aside from Wildcard- and Root-A-Records.
At this point I don't really know what to do, I'm pretty new to this stuff.
If you need any more information, just ask.
Thanks in advance!
Kind regards
