The additional PHP versions are not (yet) compiled for your CPU. With ARM64 you can only use the native OS PHP version.

Can I install manually ? Because my web project need php 7.4 when using native php "This page isn’t working is currently unable to handle this request.

No, unfortunately not. If you change the PHP version of the operating system manually, KeyHelp will no longer work.
KeyHelp relies on the PHP Version of the operating system.
