Hi,

My provider needs to change its IP range
Do I just change the IP in the OS?
What do I have to do in KeyHelp (22.2), other than update the DNS records?

Hello,

It should be sufficient to update the values in "Configuration -> System -> IP Addresses".

If you have custom DNS settings, you have to update these modified DNS settings manually via "Domains -> DNS Zone Editor".
