Cloudflare Real IP

Hello,

Is it some way to turn on real ip display for cloudflare enabled domains? When I was reading changelogs here, I've seen that there is some feature, I was guessing that it is automatically enabled. However I still can see lots of connections from cloudflare IP's in logs (like 162.158.239.28), as well as apps is telling that user is using that kind of IP addresses.

Is there any keyhelp-dedicated way to enable recognition of real ip or I have just to follow some classic instructions to set that?
