It would be a nice feature for a client account to have individual virus scanning capabilities.

The reason is, say you know a particular client is having and issue you can log into their account and just scan their files for virus.

I am also guessing, to run the admin AV scan manually you go to maintenance schedule and click on play.

Keyhelp is a server management software and not a virus scanner.

This does not make sense because you have ClamAV in KeyHelp and it is set to run on a regular basis? Have I missed something?
When a website has been compromised part of the clean-up strategy is to check for virus with a scanner. You certainly don't wait until the next scheduled run of the servers CRON job, especially if that server has a lot of sites on it.
