Webstatistik "noch nie aktualisiert" [GELÖST]

ich habe ein Problem mit der Webstatistik in KeyHelp... um es zu vereinfachen, hänge ich Screenshots an...

Ich bin sicher, dass die Ursache des Problems bei KeyHelp liegt

Ggf. läuft der Traffic in einer anderen Domain auf:

Z.B: du hast im Drop-down meine-domain.de ausgewählt, aber dein gesamter Traffic läuft über www.meine-domain.de

Hallo Alexander,

ja, habe ich... Dabei gehts um einen Neukunden, der aktuell seine Seite auf meinem Server aufbaut. Hierzu nutzt er $benutzername.$keyhelp-Adresse, bis die Seite läuft. Erst danach wird die $kundendomain selbst umgezogen. Da es sich um einen Kunden handelt, habe ich natürlich beides nur als Variablen hier in den Post geschrieben.

Eine Möglichkeit, woran es liegen KÖNNTE, wäre die Tatsache, dass die Seite mittels NextJS aufgebaut wird, welches über Port 3000 läuft. Hier habe ich zwar versucht, einen Proxy via KeyHelp auf die 3000 zu setzen, was aber nicht funktioniert hat. Dadurch habe ich die Weiterleitung der o.g. Domain zu $benutzername.$keyhelp-Adresse:3000 gesetzt.
Nach meinem Verständnis müssten dann dennoch Zugriffszahlen da sein, denn den Traffic sieht das System ja, wie man am Screenshot der Traffic-Statistik sieht (34 Anfragen auf HTTP)... nur awstats scheint hier nichts zu sehen, was ich persönlich etwas seltsam finde...

Hast Du hier Ideen, wie ich das behoben bekomme?

Awstats wertet genauso, wie die Traffic-Statistik auf der rechten Seite im KeyHelp Benutzerbereich "Statistiken" die Daten aus dem Apache access.log aus.

Wie schaut das Log unter "Systemstatus -> Protokolle -> Statistik aktualisieren" aus?

nein, dafür steht das Protokoll-Icon neben der $kundendomain
Allerdings scheint es der Statistik egal zu sein, welche der Domains ($benutzername.$keyhelp / $kundendomain / www.$kundendomain) ich auswähle... dort stets das selbe Phänomen. laut Anzeige im KeyHelp

Dort sieht es eigentlich gut aus, oder seh ich das falsch? -- ich habe die Tage ohne Zugriffe (also Nullmeldungen), mit der Ausnahme des 31.10. mal ausgespart!

Das tauchte in deinen Logs nicht auf, deswegen dachte ich, die Checkbox sei deaktiviert. Da sie aber aktiviert ist, sollte es eigentlich kommen.


Ggf. auch mal einen Blick ins Log hier werfen /var/log/keyhelp/php-error.log

ich habe Dir eben eine PN mit dem nicht-anonymisierten Log gesandt (Die Adresse des Logs auf meinem Server)...
Dort sind wohl Fehler enthalten, die ich vorher übersehen hatte.

Die Ursache hat sich geklärt:
Es wurde das Apache Log-Format in der Art geändert, dass AWstats nicht mehr damit umzugehen wusste.

Ich konnte allerdings keine Dienste oder Aktionen finden, die immer genau dann ausgeführt werden. Daher wäre ich an der konkreten Lösung des Problems interessiert.

Eine eingeschränkte Funktion kann ich bisher nicht feststellen. Allerdings beunruhigen mich die Einträge im php-log natürlich trotzdem

Vielen Dank für den Hinweis! Den Thread hatte ich irgendwie nicht gefunden.

Bei mir hat auch der dort genannte Eintrag gefehlt. Ich habe ihn ergänzt und beobachte, ob der Fehler noch einmal auftritt.

Bei mir fehlte zwar auch der im verlinkten Thread genannte Eintrag (ReadWritePaths=/etc/awstats), aber zusätzlich gab es noch den Eintrag

MemoryDenyWriteExecute=true

Erst nach dessen Entfernung scheint die Meldung nicht mehr aufzutreten (zumindest nicht beim manuellen angestoßenen Run mit "keyhelp run statistic", wollte nicht bis zum 17. warten). Aber das passt ja auch irgendwie zur Fehlermeldung.
