Hi to all,

I need your help.

I have a small vps server where I host some basic websites.

Creating users, adding domain, etc. everything great.

It was a while since I was logged and noticed that couple of automatic updates of KeyHelp were processed.

Well everything was normal, websites are online, etc. People say, when is working - leave it as it is. But....

Day before yestarday I have decided to transfer another small website (domain) from one server to this VPS with KeyHelp CP.

Removed hosting account from first server (Cpanel), changed domain nameservers at registrator....standard procedure....went on my VPS with KeyHelp, created user, added domain, Let's encrypt activated and it seemed that evarything is ok.

Of course waited ns propagation, A records etc. but after more then 48 hours I still have on the left side of domain name some warning with description "An error occured". I don't know what is the error - there is no description.

When I try to access webiste with any browser (and any device with varius ISP) I got error DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.

Using online dns propagation checker noticed that A records seem to be missing, NS propagation is very slow.

I have on this VPS 5 other websites and they are working normal and procedure when they were added was same for all of them. Everything propagated in less then half a day.

Went to see DNS for all domains and everything is the same. A records, nameservers etc. Working domains have same setup like this one which is not working.

Before asking you for help, decided to test and transfer two more domains to my VPS with CP KeyHelp on it.

I got same error/problem....

Honestly don't know what to check anymore.

And how should we help you now without useful information? We need at least the domain to be able to check the DNS records for correctness from the outside.

Sorry, https://www.sul-canton.hr is domain added two days ago. - not working.

This domain added couple of months ago - https://www.uaba-pula.hr/ - working.

Until now I was not aware of that because at NC panel seems everything ok, registered nameservers..A records pointing to ip address etc....hm...

ask your domain and/or DNS provider for details

Hi, just to let you know that NC support resolved my problem...with unknown reason it was some problem with VPS picking up values at NC panel nameserver registration....now is everything working fine and have sense to me
