Problem description / error messages
I have restored only users after server migration to the new host, I had 250GB of data but when I restored users now I see the used disk size 520GB
You can use "KeyHelp Admin Area -> General -> System Status -> Disk Usage" to investigate where your files are.
Where did you have these numbers from: "I had 250GB of data but" and "I see the used disk size 520GB".
You may also want to check via the CLI tools of you operating system, how big your folders are etc.
You will sure understand, that it is hard to investigate as no one on this forum knows, what is happening on your disk. You need to provide as much information as possible. Post screenshots etc...
Mit freundlichen Grüßen / Best regards
Alexander Mahr
