Database Create Option Not Showing

Post by RahulKs »

Dear,

I installed KeyHelp Free Control Panel, but I am unable to find the database create option. I tried to find on forums but not found.
Is there any option to enable database create option?

You must create a user and switch into that account.

Hello,

You may not have not assign the appropriate privileges to the client, to add databases.

Go to the KeyHelp Admin Area -> User Administration -> Click the pen icon on the client you would like to edit -> Go to the "Resources & permission" tab -> Find "Databases" and add any number, or choose 'unlimited' - this determines, how many databases the user will be able to create.

Then switch to the user and you should see the menu item "Databases".

You may want to have a look into the "How To Get Started in KeyHelp" tutorial:

Stuff like eMails and databases must be managed by the user (at least I didn't find any other way).
