Why you did not fill out the required error reporting template?

The error reporting template is there for a reason, so that we don't have to ask for everything problem related.

Please answer at least this question and show the content of all fields within the KeyHelp UI you have filled out to reproduce this.

It appeared after updating to 24.1

Please show the exact content of the 'Additional PHP directives' fields of the corresponding client.

Did you change the operating system PHP version manually?
