2FA for IMAP/POP logins?

Hi everyone,
I hope you're all doing well. I have a question regarding the security of my mail server. Specifically, I'm interested in setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) for IMAP and POP3 to add an extra layer of security. This is the only aspect of my server that remains unsecured, and it's been a constant concern for me.
However, I'm aware that configuration files can sometimes be overwritten, so I'm wondering if anyone here has managed to implement this successfully. If so, could you please share your experience or any solutions you might have found? Is there a way to ensure that 2FA can be configured and maintained for these protocols? To clarify, I'm referring to POP3/IMAP login. I already have 2FA set up for Roundcube.
Also, I want to say that KeyHelp is an excellent software. It meets all my expectations, and I am very happy that you continue to develop this project. Great job, and I admire the creators!
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
Best regards, Deam.
