Problems with ports after restart. Let's Encrypt related?

I am having problems to open ports 80 and 443 and don't want to restart the server right now, because that is what I did to solve a problem with email.

The email problem has indeed gone away and the server's processing emails, though I'm afraid I might have lost incoming emails for at least the last week.

I'm right now wondering if it has to do with Let's Encrypt certificate since previous to the restart was a Let's Encrypt error message, something about https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/directory There was also something on the dashboard about the control panel not able to show something, but before the restart all the ports were open.

Do you recommend trying to restart the server once the mail queue is processed or is it better that I check something else before?

Thanks in advance

Thanks, Florian. That was it after the restart. Something from a subdomain no longer in use in keyhelp/custom_vhosts/. I have had to delete it manually from the file to restart Apache, and then from the control panel, because it was still showing there.

Checking at the event registry there was a sudden problem starting end of November and then the Let'r Encrypt.

Error Failed to connect to update server. 127.0.0.0 Maintenance (panel-update)

This one was solved once I logged in and disabled the firewall (I did so because of the problem with Let's Encrypt since firewalls sometimes interfere). I don't believe I did anything besides that.

And this one was the error for the Let's Encrypt.
