Problems activating SSL

Problem description / error messages
I'm having problems activating SSL, I have several domains working without problems but there is 1 domain that doesn't work, I've done several tests and it always gives an error when I activate https.
/etc/ssl/keyhelp/letsencrypt/user/

Where do you do the DNS - KH or external?

Check that these settings are correct for the domain in question ... also for IPv6
