whmcs api problem

I think I encountered a problem while troubleshooting the SSL issue. I'm getting the following error directly from the API system. I think it's an IP ban. But even after deleting all IPs using fail2ban, I'm still getting the same error.

Erro ao gerar URL de login: HTTP Error 401: API key is invalid / You are not allowed to access the API due to IP restrictions. Multiple invalid requests from your IP have been detected, your next attempts will be throttled.



I'm getting this error now. I can't seem to activate the WHMCS module.

The problem was on my end; I solved it. I hadn't activated encryption.
