I know keyhelp can add php version.
Could support php5.6 in debian 13 or ubuntu 24?

That is correct, Debian 13 supports PHP versions beginning from 7.4.
PHP 5.6 is EOL since 7 years!

The oldest PHP Version supported by Keyhelp with Debian 13 is 7.4.33. At least on my servers. You may be able to install older versions yourself, I don't know.
