MySQL - Connection Error: No such file or directory

Please help me. Suddenly, my websites are no longer accessible.
The error displayed is:
**Service Unavailable**
> The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
When I try to log in to the KeyHelp admin dashboard, I get the following error:
**MySQL - Connection Error: No such file or directory**
How can I fix this?
