How to disable ClamAV?

Hi
I've tried Server Service Management, but when I stop the service, something starts it again in a few seconds

ClamAV is only restarted in the first 60 minutes of server uptime. (This is necessary for some operating systems that have problems starting ClamAV at startup).
After these 60 minutes you can disable / enable ClamAV at any time.

Should i also disable "Amavis"? i.e. when disabling ClamAV (I heard it's connected to him somehow)
