mysql innodb Problem

Ich weis hat nichts mit keyhelp zu tun, aber evtl kann mir trotzdem einer helfen, ich habe seit Wochen ein Problem mit den Datenbanken, ich bekomme immer den error:

und das in Massen. Habe auch danach gegoogelt, da steht ich soll die Datei löschen... Aber kann ich das ganz sicher tun? Das ist doch die Tabellen Strucktur oder nicht?
