KeyHelp hat nen "Hänger"

Moin,

Hatte heute mehrere Mails von Kunden das sie sich nicht einloggen können wegen einer "Wartung" ;)

Hatte eben im Log das Gefunden:

Das geht seit 2 Tagen laut Log so weiter...
Bevor ich einfach Reboote frag ich lieber hier nach - nicht das dann gar nix mehr geht ;)

Da hängt offenbar der Cronjob fest.

Öffne mal ein Konsolenfenster und lade dir das Testfile vom KH-Server:

Mein Verdacht geht nämlich in die Richtung des IPv6-Problems. Wenn die angezeigte Downloadgeschwindigkeit unterirdisch sein sollte, dann deaktiviere temporär IPv6. Dann sollte auch das Repo-Update durchlaufen.

Da dran sollte es wohl dann doch net gelegen haben :D

Mal sehen wann sich KeyHelp dazu meldet ^^

Hab gerade mal was versucht und das bekommen:
root@host ~ # php /home/keyhelp/www/keyhelp/cronjob/mastercronjob.php
[10-May-2019 08:48:54] DEBUG --> connect db ... success
[10-May-2019 08:48:54] DEBUG --> panelupdate in progress, only forced jobs allowed
[10-May-2019 08:48:54] DEBUG --> no jobs to run ...
Also hängt das Panelupdate fest - dann warte ich lieber nun erstmal bevor Panel gar net mehr funzt dann ^^

Versuch dasselbe nochmal mit einem zusätzlichen Parameter:

Nachtrag:

Hab mal in der Datenbank Update auf 0 gesetzt und den Mastercronjob neu gestartet - nun lief alles komplett durch ;)
Ein Systemadministrator schläft nicht. Er root! :)
