Fehler bei Update von 19.1 auf 19.2

Hallo zusammen,
Und zwar habe ich ein Problem das ich nicht von 19.1 auf 19.2 updaten kann. Server ist auf dem neusten Stand, alle Updates installiert.
Hier unten mal der Log vom Panel Update.
So wie es aussieht kann er die Datei 19.2-php71.tar.gz nicht downloaden. Per Wget auf dem Server kann ich ihn auch nicht diese auch nicht downloaden: HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 404 Not Found
2019-07-19 12:01:46 ERROR 404: Not Found.
Die Datei scheint nicht mehr vorhanden zu sein?
Kann mir jemand weiterhelfen?
