Cloudflare you can use out of the box, w or w/o keyhelp.
No implementation is necessary for this.

Yes. It's possible to do that manually, with KeyHelp or any other panel.
That's why an integration would be nice.

Manual use is the better way. This intercepts attacks on the CF network before they reach your server. With an implementation of the CF WAF your server must do the task of defense.
