Problem mit Mailversand

Hallo Community,
mein Forum hat ca. 7000 Mitglieder. Nun wollte ich über die Forumsengine meinen Mitgliedern frohe Weinachten wünschen.
Dabei tauchte folgendes auf:

Die Benutzeroberfläche von Keyweb zeigte ca. 1 Minute eine weiße Seite mit folgender Meldung:
MySQL - Connection Error: 1040 (Too many connections)
MySQL nutzt mein Forum nicht.

274 Mails wurden in der Zeit (eben die caa. 1 Minute) nicht versendet mit folgender Fehlermeldung:

was sagst das maillog ( /var/log/mail.log ) dazu?

Wie schon angefordert, bitte die Logfileauszüge.
Weiterhin bitte Infos zum System (hier wäre speziell der RAM interessant) und Infos zur eingesetzten Software (alles, was außer Keyhelp noch installiert wurde).

Ich habe einen AMD 8 Core Server mit 16 GB RaM-Speicher.
Betriebssystem Debian 9. Ausser KeyWeb ist nichts weiter installiert, ausser das Forum.

Okay, soweit ich das sehe, brauche ich nur in der Main.cf den Befehl "postqueue -p" eingeben.
Ist das korrekt?
Ansonsten bitte ich um genaue Vorgehensweise.

Nein.
Das ist ein Befehl, der am CLI eingegeben werden muß.

BTW:
Wenn viele Mails in der Queue gelandet sind, kann die Ausgabe am CLI ziemlich lang werden. In dem Fall wäre eine Umleitung in ein File sinnvoll, also z.B.:

oder falls nicht, wie oder wo finde ich die CLI?

Bei der Plesk hatte ich diese Pobleme nicht, nur ist diese nicht mehr für unsere Zwecke brauchbar.
Da waren die Mails innerhalb drei Stunden draussen und ich mußte nichts tun.

Heute früh abgesendet, es sind noch 1700 in der Warteschlange.
Die Zeit, wann sie rausgehen, spielt eigentlich keine Rolle, im Gegenteil, ist sogar gut so, hauptsache sie gehen raus.

Gebt mir doch bitte eine Schritt für Schritt - Anleitung.

Ja, okay, mit der Putty also.
Das zeigt mir jetzt die Warteschlange an, löst aber nicht das Problem, welches ich im Startbetrag erwähnte.
Warum wurden die ersten Mails (ca. 250) einfach verworfen?

Möglicherweise läuft Postfix bei dir in diverse Limits.
Eine Möglichkeit wäre da die Mailgröße, regelbar über den Parameter message_size_limit (Standard 10240000). Denkbar wäre aber auch ein Timeout, regelbar über smtpd_proxy_timeout (Standard 100s).

An der message_size_limit liegt es nicht. Die Mail war nur 2.5 kb groß, sollte aber an rund 7000 Mitglieder gehen.
Der Standartwert reicht aslo dicke.
smtpd_proxy_timeout sollte doch auch in der Main.cf sein. Das steht gar nicht drinnen.
Meinst du, dass da 100 reichen?

Ich habe es mal mit der Plesk verglichen.

smtpd_timeout = 3600s
smtpd_proxy_timeout = 3600s

Beide Einträge sind bei Keyweb nicht vorhanden oder liegen sie woanders als in der Main.cf?
Aber ob das dass Problem löst?
Die Benutzeroberfläche von Keyweb zeigte ca. 1 Minute eine weiße Seite mit folgender Meldung:
MySQL - Connection Error: 1040 (Too many connections)

Hallo,

in welchem Zeitintervall wurde denn hier versucht die Mails einzustellen? Sofern Authentifiziert eingeliefert wurde so wird durch Postfix entsprechend eine Datenbankverbindung zur Prüfung der Zugangsdaten geöffnet.
